A shooting at a house party early Sunday on Chicago's South Side wounded 13 people, four of them critically, Chicago police said.

The shooting stemmed from a dispute at a house party that was “given in memorial of a subject slain in April,” Chief of Patrol Fred Waller said. He said shots were first fired just after 12:30 a.m.

The victims range in age between 16 and 48 and suffered “different and various gunshot wounds to their bodies.”

Two people are being questioned, Waller said. One of them was arrested with a weapon, he said, while the other was wounded. Waller said police recovered a revolver.

Waller described three different shooting scenes at the residential location in the city's Englewood neighborhood. The shooting started inside, and then more shots were fired as people began spilling out of the house. He said shots were also fired at a third place in the vicinity.

He described the shooting as an “isolated incident.”

Brit millionaire’s war hero son, 34, butchered and dumped in boot of abandoned Lexus in California

Adrian Bonar's sister Pauline said the killers deserve to rot 'in the sewers of hell'

A BRIT millionaire’s son was butchered and dumped in the boot of an abandoned car in the US.

Adrian Bonar, 34, was found wrapped in tarpaulin by cops in Anaheim, California.

The ex-soldier’s dad is restaurant boss Dr Brian Bonar, 72, from Greenock.

The sister of the Brit war hero has blasted his killers — and said they deserve to rot “in the sewers of hell”.

Pauline Gourdie, 48, hit out after Adrian was discovered rolled up in plastic sheeting and stuffed in the boot of a ditched Lexus.

Homicide cops have launched a probe following the grim find by California highway patrol officers.

And Pauline wrote in a moving online tribute to the ex-squaddie: “My wee brother, my twin 14 years apart. How I loved you and I know you loved me back.

“My heart is breaking, yet bursting with pride that you were my brother. It’s clear you were not only loved by your family but by so many whose life you touched.

“You were taken too soon but by gawd did you live it.”
Pauline, of Gourock, added: “So proud of all that you achieved in your life, cut short by evil scum.

“May you soar with the eagles in heaven while they squawk in the sewers of hell! Until we meet again. Sleep tight lil bro. Your heartbroken sis, P.”

Adrian’s body was found in the Lexus by a roadside in Anaheim, 75 miles from his hometown of Escondido, California, on October 17.

Al Franken Faces New Sexual Harassment Allegation

Al Franken was accused of sexual harassment by an anonymous woman on Monday, the latest in a string of misconduct allegations that forced the former Democratic Minnesota senator’s resignation last year.

In a piece published by New York magazine’s The Cut, the woman, a current “senior staffer at a major progressive organization” came forward on condition of anonymity to accuse Franken groping her at an fundraising event in 2006 for U.S. Senator Patty Murray.

“At the time of the incident, I think, I’m going to go to law school. All I want to do is run for office in my home state. This created a moment of reflection,” she told The Cut. “ … It rocked my confidence. As I look back on my career, I am always in deputy roles and support roles.”

Franken resigned in July 2018 at the behest of Democratic leadership after a conservative talk radio host accused him of forcibly kissing her during a skit performed as part of a 2006 U.S.O tour.

The latest allegation comes in the midst of a bit of public comeback for Franken, who on Saturday launched a weekly program on SiriusXM titled “The Al Franken Show.”

A $1B Estate, 74 Horses and a Secret Daughter: Meet the Original Real Housewife of Beverly Hills

A $1B Estate, 74 Horses and a Secret Daughter: Meet the Original Real Housewife of Beverly Hills

From the exclusive archives of Dolly Green, daughter of city co-founder Burton E. Green, emerges a picture of an over-the-top heiress: "When you were with her, you felt like you were with royalty."
Wherever midcentury socialite Dolly Green went, a party usually followed. "She would walk into restaurants, and piano players would break into 'Hello Dolly,' " her godson Hernando Patrick Courtright recalls. "She would peel out a hundred-dollar bill and throw it in the fish bowl. Everybody made a fuss over her. When you were with her, you felt like you were with royalty."

In a way, Dolly was royalty: As the daughter of Burton E. Green, an oilman turned real estate developer, she was the princess of the first family of Beverly Hills. A century before Lisa Vanderpump and Denise Richards brought indulgence and sass to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Green luxuriated in extravagance and dominated its social scene, hosting the top movie stars and moguls of her time. Her reign was set before she was born. In 1900, her father and a group of speculators — including drilling pioneer Charles Canfield and Pacific Electric Railway owner Henry Huntington — bought the Hammel and Denker ranch in rural West Los Angeles. They thought they'd find oil, but instead found groundwater. The oil company quickly was reinvented as Rodeo Land and Water Co., and the high-end development of Beverly Hills was born.

Though it is up for debate whether Burton coined "Beverly Hills," after his hometown of Beverly Farms, Massachusetts, there is no doubt he was the first founder to build a mansion in the neighborhood, a grand Tudor on Lexington Road where he would live until his death in 1965.
